  • Honorable Chief Minister took important decision in January,2016 to increase the maximum help to be disbursed per patient to 3 Lakhs from 2 Lakhs which was set in August, 2015 while previous ruling Government set it as 25,000 per patient.
  • Dr. D. Y. Patil Hospital made free Heart surgeries on 72 children in the presence of Honorble Chief Minister of Maharashtra in November, 2015
  • Commissionerate Endowment of Maharashtra helped to Chief Minister Medical Assistance department to start their own website to benefit patients from different hospitals of Maharashtra through R.P.F.
  • Some hospitals though have included in commisionarate endowment do not support patients through charity quota, instead take all the expenses from the patients. Immediate action has been taken on such hospitals and money has been reimbursed to such lakhs of patients.
  • An important agreement has been made with Orange City Hospital, Nagpur through joint collaboration with Chief Minister Medical Assistance Department and Tata Trust Foundation to give service to the poor and needy patients of the State.
  • Another important agreement has been made with P.D. Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai through joint collaboration with Chief Minister Medical Assistance Department and Tata Trust Foundation to give service to the poor and needy patients of the State.
  • Honorable Shri. Subhash Deshmukh (MLA) has organized Maha-Arogya Shibir. Team of 250 doctors have participated in it and approximately 33,000 patients are benefitted in it.
  • Honorable Shri. Rahul Kul (MLA) has organized Maha-Arogya Shibir. Approximately 18,000 patients are benefitted in it.
  • Honorable Shri. Babanrao Lonikar (MLA) has organized Maha-Arogya Shibir. Approximately 5,000 patients are benefitted in it.
  • Honorable Shri. Charan Waghmare (MP Rajyasabha) has organized Maha-Arogya Shibir at Tumsar, Bhandara. Approximately 16,800 patients are benefitted in it.
  • Honorable Shri. Mohan Phad (MP Rajyasabha) has organized Maha-Arogya Shibir at Nrushinha, Pokharni, Dist. Parbhani. Approximately 5,000 patients are benefitted in it.

CMRF- Farmer Loan Waiver

The Chief Minister's Relief Fund disburses financial assistance to the farmers of Maharashtra under the 2017 loan waiver announced by Hon.CM Devendra Fadnavis. The initiative has been launched with the objective of providing freedom from loans worth ₹36,000 crore to debt ridden farmers and to empower them for future growth. Donate

Chief Minister's Relief Fund aims at providing immediate relief to the people in distress in the State of Maharashtra as well as in the country. The Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950; managed by the State of Maharashtra under the chairmanship of the Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra who exercises overall supervision and control of the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
